Solmazer is well aware of the legal and moral responsibility of the safety and health of its staff, personnel of its supplier firms, its customers and visitors while protecting the environment and providing high quality production and service.

Within this scope, Solmazer undertakes to:

• Understand the demands and expectations of its customers, improve the product and service quality and increase the customer satisfaction;
• Provide training to the personnel in each factory floor to increase their awareness in quality, occupational health and safety and environment and to improve team spirit and increase their participation level to the improvement works;
• Carry out, document and adopt legal liabilities regarding the quality, occupational health and environment in all operations which we realize the service and management functions and other related standards and provisions as a lifestyle;
• Realize risk assessment, take the required actions and apply such actions to totally eliminate or minimize the risks of occupational accidents and diseases with the participation of our staff in all factory floors; Create a healthy and safe working environment by using safe equipment and appropriate technologies;
• Create opportunities for staff to participate in the quality, occupational health and safety and environment processes;
• Create a difference and become a role model in the industry by producing environment and human health friendly products through an innovative understanding;
• Make use of energy and natural resources in an effective and productive way and increase recycling and recovery rate;
• Manage our wastes in a right way and enable them to be separated and minimized;
• Take into consideration the environment-friendly technologies which provide energy efficiency while creating all processes through which our products gone starting from the design stage;

When any situation or behavior which bears a risk on occupational safety is realized, anyone is authorized to stop the work and liable for notifying the related unit director.
